The 15 July roster records the surname as "Iscofano"; the 17 July correction has OCR/name variation between "Iscafana" and "Iscofano." The serial number 35066128 supports identity linkage to Arthur J. Iacofano.
The correction text is partly handwritten and should not be treated as a final misconduct finding. It records that an earlier AWOL-style entry "should be" corrected to a furlough-to-duty entry two days late with a two-day furlough extension per VOCO.
