The proposed 1941 Cuyahoga County naturalization card records Mrs. Olga M. Iacofano, age 21, at 2017 Random Rd in Cleveland, naturalized at age 7 through father Domenico Mancini's papers. Domenico Mancini's NARA naturalization packet confirms the father-paper certificate number, petition/record number, 16 September 1927 naturalization date, and daughter Olga in the household. The card states that Olga married John Iacofano in 1937 and that John was born in Cleveland, matching proposed 1942 and 1943-1944 city-directory entries for John L. and Olga Iacofano at 2017 Random Rd. This remains a useful same-surname Cleveland collateral lead, but it is not yet connected to Arthur Joe Iacofano's family.

Why this is not settled yet
1919 –
Can the 1937 John Iacofano and Olga Mancini/Iacofano marriage record identify John's parents and determine whether he belongs to the Arthur/Mary/John Random Road cluster?
Are the 2017 Random Rd and 2075 Random Rd addresses two distinct residences, a correction, or an indexing/transcription issue?
Can Italian, birth, passenger, or sharper naturalization records resolve Olga's exact birth date, given that Domenico's petition and Olga's card support 17 December 1919 while Mary Mancini's petition appears to show a conflicting child-date line?

Lead created 24 April 2026 from a user-supplied naturalization-card JPG.
Birth date is transcribed from handwriting in the card's age-when-recorded area; verify against a birth, marriage, or full naturalization-file image before promotion.
On 1 May 2026, NARA/Fold3 naturalization packets for Domenico Mancini and Mary Mancini were ingested. Domenico's packet confirms the father-paper basis of Olga's card and names daughter Olga born 17 December 1919 in Italy; Mary's petition names Olga but appears to carry a conflicting child-date line.
Promoted to person-olga-m-iacofano-1919 after user acceptance of source-nara-naturalization-file-for-domenico-mancini-1924-1927 and explicit user direction to create canonical Olga M. Iacofano on 1 May 2026.
A signed-in FamilySearch Safari follow-up on 1 May 2026 located and ingested proposed 1940 and 1950 census pages for the John/Olga Iacofano household. These corroborate Olga's married household and children but still do not identify John Iacofano's parents or connect him to Arthur Joe Iacofano's line.
