The proposed 1961 naturalization certificate card records Francesco Iaciofano, born 13 October 1928, of 11117 Woodland, Cleveland, as naturalized in the U.S. District Court at Cleveland on 24 February 1961. A proposed Dignity Memorial obituary found in a 26 April 2026 public-web search gives the same birth date, a 3 December 2013 death date, wife Antonietta (nee Primiano), parents Giusepe Iaciofano and Maria Albanese, and a sibling cluster including Domenico Iaciofano. This establishes a promising Woodland/Mayfield Heights collateral family, but not yet a documented bridge to the Arthur/Mary Iacofano line.

Why this is not settled yet
1928 –
Can Francesco's full naturalization file identify his parents, birthplace, spouse, arrival, and witnesses?
Is obituary wife Antonietta Primiano the same person as person-antonietta-iaciofano-1930, and can that be corroborated by a marriage record, death record, naturalization file, or cemetery record?
Is Francesco related to Mike, Concetta, Antonietta, or the Arthur/Mary Iacofano family, or is he part of a separate Cleveland/Mayfield Heights Iaciofano cluster?
Do census, city-directory, marriage, obituary, or passenger records connect him to the Woodland/Woodlawn address cluster?

Lead created 25 April 2026 from a user-supplied naturalization certificate card JPG.
Promoted to person-francesco-iaciofano-1928 after user acceptance of the naturalization certificate card source on 26 April 2026.
The card records Italy as the former nationality/country but does not state an exact birth place.
The 2013 obituary is secondary relationship evidence; it should be reviewed before using it to create canonical parents, spouse links, or sibling links.
Relationship to the known Cleveland Iacofano/Iaciofano family remains unresolved pending the full naturalization file or other relationship-bearing records.
