This is a strong lead for Walter George Ponceby/Pownceby's parents because the
accepted 1901 Boston marriage certificate names Walter's parents as Edwin
Pownceby and Constance Koziell. The index does not prove which bride married
which groom; the certificate or parish register is needed to confirm the pair,
exact date, ages, residences, occupations, and fathers.
